Anthony Moman

Overview
Anthony Moman was born in London in 1966. After studying art and design, he fully dedicated himself to developing a unique artistic voice that bridges painting and sculpture.
Moman is renowned for his subtle yet incisive social observations, expressed through the transformation of unconventional and industrial materials — syringes, barbed wire, household utensils, hot glue, and bronze — into striking and sophisticated objects of desire.
At the heart of his practice lies the concept of synergy: the creation of a whole greater than the sum of its parts. This philosophy finds its purest expression in his iconic syringe sculptures, where ordinary and overlooked materials metamorphose into powerful new forms with minimal intervention.
His works are part of major international museum collections, as well as esteemed private and corporate holdings. Moman has exhibited extensively, including at the Venice Biennale, the Palazzo Ducale in Lucca, and the Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa in Venice, among other leading institutions and galleries worldwide.
Through each creation, Anthony Moman affirms his identity as an artist who elevates the commonplace into the extraordinary, offering a provocative and poetic reflection on contemporary society.
