The city of Forte dei Marmi celebrates one of the greatest masters of Italian art, Mimmo Rotella, with a large exhibition arranged in the spaces of Villa Bertelli in Forte dei Marmi. The Italian artist, friend of Pollock, Rauschenberg and Twombly, known throughout the world, was a true revolutionary genius and a great forerunner of times and trends. Today his art is undergoing an international journey of rediscovery, starting with this extraordinary exhibition which, with 45 historical works and absolute masterpieces, portrays the multifaceted genius through the techniques and gestures that characterize Rotella's work.

MIMMO ROTELLA: Il Genio Poliedrico is curated by Edoardo Falcioni, promoted by Villa Bertelli, the Municipality of Forte dei Marmi, Fondazione Mimmo Rotella and co-produced with Oblong Contemporary Art Gallery of Dubai and Forte dei Marmi. The exhibition is under the patronage of Regione Toscana and the Provincia di Lucca, and is sponsored by Hublot, Bartorelli Gioiellerie, and Ciaccio Arte - Broker Insurance Group.
