Earth's Soul is an obelisk created from an ancient larch trunk recovered from a rural building
demolished in the Val di Non, Trentino. An iconic symbol of the profound bond between humankind and Mother Nature, the work becomes a vibrational link to the Earth's primordial energy.
Renowned for its extraordinary longevity and resilience, the larch has long been regarded as a
cosmic tree, an emblem of rebirth, elevation and Light. The front surface of Earth's Soul is embellished with seven raw natural stones representing the seven chakras. Through this symbolic correspondence, the work evokes the connection between the energetic centres of the human being and those of Mother Nature. The wood is enriched with gold leaf, a material that has been regarded since antiquity as sacred and magical, an image of the Sun and a symbol of the connection with the Divine. The light emanating from within the sculpture reveals its golden core, its most intimate essence—a metaphor for inner enlightenment. As within the ancient trunk, so within every human being, true wisdom and our noblest values are hidden in the deepest Self, awaiting to be recognised and unveiled.

Cleaned with normal paragraph flow and no broken line starts:

THE SEVEN CHAKRAS OF EARTH’S SOUL

The front of this ancient larch trunk features seven raw natural stones, symbolically representing the seven chakras of the human being and their connection with Mother Earth.

First Chakra — Mount Shasta, California
Stone: Black Obsidian

The Root Chakra, Muladhara, located at the base of the spine, is the centre of physical energy, grounding and survival.

The Earth’s first chakra is believed to reside at Mount Shasta, where universal life force — Kundalini energy — is said to originate. The highest volcanic peak in the United States, it is regarded within esoteric traditions as one of the planet’s most powerful energy centres.

Black Obsidian is one of humanity’s oldest ritual stones. Used in sacred ceremonies for its symbolic connection with the realm of the ancestors, it served Maya priests and the ancient Egyptians as a divinatory mirror and magical sphere. A profoundly introspective stone, it encourages dialogue with the unconscious.

Second Chakra — Lake Titicaca, Peru
Stone: Red Jasper

The Sacral Chakra, Svadhisthana, is the centre of creative and sexual energy.

Located on the Island of the Sun in Lake Titicaca, the Earth’s second chakra embodies the union of masculine and feminine energies. Once a sacred place for the Inca civilisation, the lake has long been regarded as a source of spiritual power.

Red Jasper is a protective stone, traditionally associated with courage, perseverance and inner strength. Used in numerous esoteric traditions, it was carried by warriors into battle, placed in Egyptian funerary jewellery to accompany the soul into the afterlife, and worn during the Middle Ages as a talisman against negative forces. According to the Bible, it is one of the foundation stones of the New Jerusalem.

Third Chakra — Uluru, Australia
Stone: Yellow Calcite

The Solar Plexus Chakra, Manipura, located between the navel and the sternum, is the centre of personal power, will and self-realisation.

The Earth’s Manipura corresponds to the great monolithic rock of Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, a sacred site that continues to hold profound spiritual significance for Australia’s Aboriginal peoples.

Yellow Calcite is a powerful amplifier of energy. It is believed to absorb negative emotions and stagnant energies, restoring vitality to the soul. It encourages new perspectives, releases emotional blockages rooted in the past and illuminates the path towards inner renewal. It brings the light of the Sun wherever darkness resides.

Fourth Chakra — Haleakalā Volcano, Hawaii
Stone: Green Fluorite

The Heart Chakra, Anahata, is the seat of prana, the centre of emotions and the source of unconditional love.

The Earth’s Heart Chakra is believed to be located on the lush Hawaiian island of Maui, upon the dormant volcano Haleakalā. According to esoteric traditions, the summit of the volcano emits the same vibrational frequency as the human heart.

Green Fluorite is the stone of the heart. It harmonises emotions, nurtures spiritual growth and strengthens our connection with Nature. Revered for its subtle yet powerful energy, it encourages freedom of thought and inner balance.

Fifth Chakra — The Great Pyramids, Egypt
Stone: Blue Sodalite

The Throat Chakra, Vishuddha, is the centre of communication, creativity and authentic self-expression.

The Earth’s Fifth Chakra is located in Egypt, at the site of the Great Pyramids of Giza, the monumental funerary temples of the ancient Pharaohs.

Blue Sodalite is known as the Stone of the Guiding Star. It brings serenity, dispels fear and anxiety, and promotes mental clarity and effective communication. Traditionally associated with intuition and psychic perception, it is often used during meditation to deepen states of consciousness and enhance the understanding of dreams.

Sixth Chakra — Stonehenge, England
Stone: Amethyst

The Third Eye Chakra, Ajna, situated between the eyebrows, is the centre of intuition, inner vision and spiritual perception, enabling us to transcend the dualistic view of reality.

The Earth’s Sixth Chakra, regarded as the Third Eye of our planet, is believed to open the gateways to the Cosmos, allowing higher-dimensional energies to enter the physical world, just as the pineal gland is said to grant access to expanded states of consciousness. It is associated with the ancient and mysterious megalithic monument of Stonehenge.

Since antiquity, Amethyst has been used in healing, sacred and esoteric rituals. A profoundly spiritual stone, it awakens inner awareness and intuition, fostering a deeper perception of the spiritual realm and enhancing the dream world. The ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans adorned their jewellery and ceremonial seals with Amethyst, valuing its symbolic significance, its mystical properties and its power to strengthen both intellect and courage.

Seventh Chakra — Mount Kailash, Tibet
Stone: Rock Crystal

The Crown Chakra, Sahasrara, is associated with spirituality, wisdom and transcendence. Located at the crown of the head, it connects us with universal and cosmic energy, opening the way to the dimensions of the soul.

The Earth’s Crown Chakra is believed to be the planet’s highest centre of spiritual energy. It is located at Mount Kailash, in Tibet, the most sacred mountain of the Himalayas.

Rock Crystal, also known as Clear Quartz, is regarded as the crystal par excellence: a stone of extraordinary purity and boundless energetic potential. Considered a conductor of pure energy, it is believed to harmonise the chakras, amplify intuitive perception and enhance the qualities of other crystals.

For centuries it has been used to craft crystal spheres for seers and radiesthetic pendulums. Shamans have long revered it as a sacred gift from the heavens, while the Aztecs and the Maya carved skulls from clear quartz for rituals of power, honouring them as gifts bestowed by the gods.
