Bombardieri e Altri Animali: Curated by Luca Beatrice

The Municipality of Forte dei Marmi and the Oblong Contemporary Art Gallery of Dubai and Forte dei Marmi, in collaboration with Villa Bertelli, are pleased to announce the exhibition "Bombardieri and other animals" by the artist Stefano Bombardieri which will be held in Forte dei Marmi from April 9 to July 16, 2022.

Entirely composed of monumental works, set up between the waterfront and the streets of the city center and in dialogue with the urban spaces and the surrounding landscape, the exhibition is the exhibition event of spring and summer in Forte dei Marmi.

The most beautiful and evocative corners of the elegant Tuscan city, a privileged cultural space and an exhibition space that is always accessible, welcome the artist Stefano Bombardieri known for his large and bold monumental sculptures.

Elephants, rhinos, wild animals and Martha and the elephant, an emblematic work of the artist who literally dialogues with visitors, tell of Stefano Bombardieri's deeply philosophical approach to art and reveal the first details of the exhibition.

In parallel with the public exhibition, the Oblong Contemporary Art Gallery exhibits in the same period a further nucleus of works by Stefano Bombardieri at the headquarters in Via Carducci 45 in Forte dei Marmi, to complete the path of knowledge of the works and the artist.
