Tiziana Lorenzelli

Overview

Accustomed to Contemporary Art since her childhood and fascinated by metal that was part of her family and metallurgic hometown, Tiziana Lorenzelli started as a teenager making sculptures with scraps that ended up in the ’80 with the “Electrological Trees” series. In 2009 she patented a new material ALUFLEXIA ®, a flexible sandwich of aluminium that, in the form of a vase, won the Bronze Medal in Sustainable Design at IDA Los Angeles 2011. This exclusive material has been the focus of her last years’ conceptual work and a great impulse for a new series of sculptures based on Metal, Earth, Nature and Life Cycle.

Tiziana Lorenzelli artworks have been exposed in shows in Italy, Switzerland, Los Angeles and now Dubai.
